Sobremesa (Spanish: “upon the table”) is the Spanish tradition of relaxing at the table, well after dessert has been served. Hanging out, chatting, and enjoying each other’s company.
"Where can I get a comforting plate of mash and short rib ragú these days?" It was this question that inspired the mission to bridge the gap between homestyle cooking and high-end food concepts by serving food that draws you back home.
Traditional flavors of the Mediterranean, placed at the heart of the table to bring back the joy of communal eating. Inviting people to share, break bread, talk and sobremesa.
